Dr - It was excellent day Today 
Chill waves, current towards kanathur. Sunny day we moved as a team ,cheered up by varalaru pics in-between 
Swam upto savukku thoppu. We all landed in savukku thoppu and took pics...returned by jogging 
Swimming 3.1 km and return by jogging 3.1 km, Great day  - Thanks to mother nature🔥🙏💥💥💐💐💐
